RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At FluffyPett, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us within this period that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
You can do this via our Withdraw Your Order page, by using the Model Withdrawal Form, or by email at support@fluffypett.com.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you then have 14 days to return the product.

Before returning a product, you may contact us at support@fluffypett.com so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
2. CONDITION OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT AND DIMINISHED VALUE
You may inspect and assess the product as you reasonably would be able to do in a physical store.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for the resulting diminished value of the product.
Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Where reasonably possible, please return the product with the supplied accessories and in its original packaging.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The direct costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@fluffypett.com. We will assess the situation and, where applicable, provide an appropriate solution.
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible at support@fluffypett.com.
Where possible, please include your order number and photographs that allow us to assess the issue.
Your statutory rights as a consumer remain fully applicable.
5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For certain products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded by law. This may include:
- Products made according to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.
- Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

6. EXCHANGES
Would you like a different product, colour, or variant? Please contact us.
In many cases, the quickest solution is to return the product you received and then place a new order.
7. REFUNDS
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery if you paid this with the original order and you withdraw from the entire order.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the product, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
