Shipping Policy (FluffyPett)

At FluffyPett, we believe it is important that you clearly understand how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with Track & Trace information.

2. Shipping Origin and Fulfilment

Our orders are shipped from China and delivered directly to the customer by our external fulfilment partner.

FluffyPett remains your point of contact for your order, delivery, returns, and any questions you may have.

3. Estimated Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

The Netherlands: 5–6 business days — Free shipping
Belgium: 5–6 business days — Free shipping
Other available EU destinations: 5–7 business days — Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

The delivery times stated above are estimates. In exceptional circumstances, such as carrier delays or unforeseen delays during international transportation, delivery may take longer.

4. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing a Track & Trace code and a link that allows you to track your shipment.

It may take up to 24 hours for the first tracking information to become available.

5. Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can still be changed.

6. Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receipt.

The direct costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
